NCAA D-1 Second Round Recap

The second round of the NCAA Division-1 Women’s Basketball Tournament is complete and the Sweet 16 is set. All four #1 and #2 seeds remain while only one #3 seed (NC State) has advanced. The rest of the field includes three #4 seeds (South Carolina, Texas A&M and Oregon State), one #5 seed (Arizona State), two #6 seeds (South Dakota State, UCLA) and the only double-digit seed into the Sweet 16 is #11 Missouri State, who put up a massive fight to prevail over #3 Iowa State.

SOUTH – SWEET 16

#1 Notre Dame #4 Texas A&M (Saturday, 3/30, 4pm ET, ESPN2)

MIDWEST – SWEET 16

#1 Louisville vs. #4 Oregon State (Friday, 3/29, 9:30pm ET, ESPN)

#2 UConn vs. #6 UCLA (Friday, 3/29, 7pm ET, ESPN)
