In other women’s tournament news…

WOMEN’S NIT TOURNAMENT: The Final Four will be locked in tonight (3/31), after the remaining two Elite 8 games. Final Four games will be April 2-3 with the championship game on April 5 (televised on CBS Sports). Follow the action here.

DIVISION II: The Bentley Falcons captured their first-ever National title after topping West Texas A&M on Friday, 3/28. The team, which included 7 seniors, completed a perfect 35-0 season and captured just the second NCAA Championship in all Bentley sports. Read the full story here.

DIVISION III: The Fairleigh Dickinson-Florham Devils are national champions, completing a perfect 33-0 season this past weekend after defeating Whitman College80-72. The Devils became the first NCAA women’s basketball champion in New Jersey history and the first team to claim an NCAA championship since 1996. Read the full story here.

NAIA DIVISION I: The Oklahoma City University Stars captured their seventh NAIA Division I Women’s National Championship last night (March 25) after beating No. 1-seeded Freed-Hardemann University80-76. Read the full story here.

NAIA DIVISION II: The University of Saint Francis, finished the season a perfect 38-0 en route to their first-ever NAIA Division II Women’s National Championship. They topped The College of the Ozarks, 75-68. Read the full story here.
